Diagnosis
Mesoscutum and scutellum with strong and engraved reticulation; eyes sparsely hairy; hind coxa densely setose on posterior surface; fore wing with an infuscate spot below stigmal vein; apical 1/2 of costal cell with setae on ventral surface; petiole 3X as long as width of base; first gastral tergite with hairtufts anterolaterally, posterior margin broadly incised (as in pubicornis).
